HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Decide what size and how many people you would like for your custom portrait

Step 2: Select how many people (and/or pets) you would like in your illustration, add to cart, and check out!

Step 3: You will be sent a form that allows you to fill out the remaining details. This is where you will choose your colour(s), upload reference photos, and make additional requests

Step 4: Once your form is submitted and your reference photos have been cleared, your brand new illustration will be carefully packaged and shipped to you! It will take approximately 4-6 days for your illustration to be completed and dispatched. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as that will be on top of your estimated shipping time.

Step 5: Receive your custom illustration and (optionally) frame it!

Please note that given the nature of this being a CUSTOM ITEM, there are no returns permitted on this product meaning it is FINAL SALE.

If the image provided is deemed unusable or any other issues arise which prevent the completion of this item, your order will be cancelled and your funds will be returned.
